We Believe in Health Care for Everyone

Every person should be able to get excellent medical, dental, and behavioral health care. That’s why our services are free or low-cost and our board-certified medical providers do everything from regular checkups to helping you keep track of ongoing health issues. We serve everyone in the community, and we also specialize in the health needs of LGBT individuals. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, physical disabilities, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, HIV status, religion, age, or ability to pay.

Welcome to Your Medical Home

A medical home is a team approach to providing health care. We believe staying healthy is a team effort. It’s not simply about us telling you what to do or medications to take. It’s about talking, asking questions, and sharing information. Your health care team will work with you to help you find the best ways to manage your own wellness. We provide quality care based on what has been proven to work best. We want you to live a long and healthy life.
