Each person who walks through our doors has a unique story and a unique set of needs, and APLA Health is ready to assist everyone on their journey towards health.

For many people in the transgender community, finding gender-affirming healthcare providers can be a challenge. At APLA Health, we work with you to meet your healthcare needs in a culturally affirming manner. We offer several healthcare services as well as community-based groups that provide holistic care.

  • Trans Connections offers incentivized access to HCT, STI screening/treatment, PrEP conversation, and linkaget to/re-engagement in care for HIV+ individuals.
  • Red Circle Project offers personal health navigation sessions which include linkages to sexual health and wellness services (HCT, STI screening/treatment, PrEP)
  • Trans Connections

    Trans Connections is an HIV prevention program for trans people of color, ages 18-29. We offer incentivized testing, linkage to care for those who are newly or previously diagnosed with HIV, fun events, and more!

    If you are a trans person of color, between the ages of 18-29, you qualify for a $50 incentive upon completion of the entire checklist.
