Internships

Our sites have accommodated a variety of students from many disciplines by providing unpaid clinical and non clinical experiences in order to fulfill educational, personal, and career development rotations and assignments. You will interact with management, gain valuable hands-on experience, and get a first-hand appreciation of the diverse cultures of the patients and clients we serve.

All of our interns must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate student, preceptor, or dental resident and be eligible to participate in their university intern credit programs.

Our internship program grows every year, and we provide opportunities in a variety of areas of our company including, but not limited to:
Behavioral Health—Learn more about individual, family, and group counseling as well as how to conduct confidential assessments, consultations, and intakes.
Clinical—Become a preceptor in one of our primary care clinics and learn more about community health.
Community Based Research—Conduct research designed to improve the lives of people and communities affected by HIV/AIDS.
Care Coordination—Assist HIV-positive clients with telephone case management, medical transportation, and overcoming barriers to receiving HIV care.
