Our Benefits Counseling services help people understand public and private benefits and assist with coordinating benefits.
Benefits programs include, but are not limited to, Social Security programs (SSI & SSDI), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), OA-Health Insurance Premium Payment (OA-HIPP), Medicare Part D, and more.
- Proof of Los Angeles County Residency (dated within last 3 months);
- HIV/AIDS diagnosis, signed by a California physician
- Proof of income
Each public benefits program has separate eligibility requirements. Our benefits counselors can provide more specific information following your first meeting.
Open Enrollment Workshops
Starting November 1st, it will be Open Enrollment for Covered California and Medicare. Our Benefits Specialty Services team will be hosting several workshops to assist our clients/patients and answer any questions that they might have regarding these programs.
- Wednesday, November 10th – 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 17th – 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 8th – 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
