Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services since 2007. She earned a Master of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University.

Elizabeth works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, complex trauma, and challenges in communication and relationships. Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a client-centered approach, she helps clients improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier patterns of connection.

Elizabeth views therapy as a collaborative process where goals are developed together and progress unfolds at a pace that feels right for each individual. Her approach combines structured problem-solving techniques with a warm, supportive presence that fosters healing and lasting positive change.
