Lilia is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 24 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from California State University, San Bernardino, in 2002. Throughout her career, Lilia has provided services in community clinics, hospitals, county programs, and forensic settings, developing extensive experience supporting individuals across cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

A bilingual and culturally responsive therapist, Lilia specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life transitions, as well as individuals impacted by the child welfare system or with histories of incarceration. Her therapeutic style emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients build resilience and a sense of personal agency in their healing process.
