Swab and Chill: FREE at-home HIV test kit. Results in 20 minutes. The process is confidential, safe, and consists of three easy steps.
Healthy Him Checklist: FREE in-person HIV and STI (syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea) screening and conversation with a PrEP Navigator.
PrEP: The HIV prevention pill (works similar to birth control).
PEP: 28-day regimen of pills you must begin within 72 hours of exposure to HIV.
DoxyPEP: A morning-after pill to lower the risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI).
Safer Sex Supplies: Need condoms and/or lube? Two options: visit Out Here, or we can mail them to you (in discreet packaging), no questions asked.

Black Queer Talks (BQT)

Join us every Thursday from 7–9 p.m. at our Out Here office in Baldwin Hills for a welcoming and engaging space designed for Black gay, bisexual, and queer men. Whether you're looking for meaningful discussions, fun activities, or simply a place to connect with like-minded people, you'll find community here.

This is a safe, sex-positive space where you can be yourself, share your experiences, and build relationships in an environment that celebrates and supports you. Come through, meet new people, and be part of a space created for us, by us!

HIV Specialty Care

If you are living with HIV, our medical providers will work with you to ensure you are getting the medicines you need and that you maintain your health.
In addition, if you are living with HIV and need further support, we can refer you to other services we provide, including benefits counseling, nutrition counseling, and much more.
