The mission of the Women Together Program is to provide access to critical health resources and reduce social isolation. We want women with HIV in Los Angeles County to feel empowered, informed, and surrounded by a strong, caring community. This resource guide represents a partnership between the Women Together program at APLA Health, the Women’s Caucus of the Los Angeles Commission on HIV, and the LA Women’s HIV Task Force.
We have included medical and maternal health clinics specializing in women’s health, where to access mental health, substance use and social support and help with legal, nutritional needs, jobs and transportation, among other categories of interest to women with HIV in Los Angeles County.
